Description
• Drive successful outcomes by owning the strategic direction and end-to-end partnership with third-party robotic vendors. • Leverage expertise in robotic surgery program management and strategy to collaborate with key stakeholders. • Manage complex engagements and deliver value through the Qventus robotics suite.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of robotics-focused perioperative experience in healthcare consulting or a SaaS company. • Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders. • Expertise in surgical domain operations and hospital workflows. • Strong executive presence and ability to present compelling data insights. • Demonstrated success in relationship building with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives. • Experience in project management and program success metrics definition. • Familiarity with EHR systems and strong technical aptitude. • Ability to travel 25%-50% nationwide.
