Description

β€’ Responsible for accurate and timely patient registration utilizing medical systems. β€’ Verify patients demographics and insurance plans over the phone. β€’ Provide exceptional customer service to physicians, patients, family members, and all other medical professionals. β€’ Perform registration and basic insurance verification. β€’ Explain processes and forms to patients prior to securing signatures. β€’ Assist with all possible account resolutions pertaining to patient balances.

Requirements

β€’ High School diploma or GED β€’ Customer Service Experience β€’ Computer savvy with experience navigating between multiple systems simultaneously β€’ Must have MS Office Experience and excellent typing skills β€’ iCentra Registration Experience (desired) β€’ Experience working in a healthcare environment (desired) β€’ Completed a Medical Terminology class (desired) β€’ Certification in healthcare access preferred (desired)
