• Responsible for ensuring operations run as efficiently and effectively as possible • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department • Develop and maintain operational procedures and workflows • Recommend system enhancements for more efficient and quality work output • Design, implement, and conduct performance audits • Collaborate with and maintain ongoing dialogue with Customer Partner(s) and Program Manager(s)
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, healthcare or related field, required • Two (2) years of experience in behavioral health or other medical field, preferred
