• The Support Engineer provides high-level technical support via phone and ticketing system. • Responsible for engineering, design, and development of hardware, software, and networking systems. • Analyzes systems for performance usability, reliability, and security requirements. • Advises customers on potential pitfalls and emerging technologies. • Ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems. • Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking, backup, and storage solutions • Strong knowledge of designing, implementing, analyzing, and troubleshooting highly available systems • Strong understanding of services and protocols commonly used in hosting environments • Technical point of escalation • Lead customer engagements • Participate in issues enhancement and process improvement • Collaborate and share knowledge on the support floor • Ensure adherence to customer & SLA commitments • Own customer issues until resolution
