Description

• Responsible for mortgage loan credit guidelines' lifecycles from concept to launch. • Partner with business leaders to evaluate product opportunities and solutions. • Maintain and update loan program/underwriting guides for growth and competitiveness. • Analyze investor program guidelines and support secondary marketing. • Collaborate with teams to prepare new product proposals. • Manage implementation of new and updated products/programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 10 years of prior work-related experience. • Minimum of 10 years in mortgage banking, with at least 5 years in product development. • Minimum of 3 years underwriting experience. • Excellent project management skills. • Proven track record of successful product development. • Strong knowledge of agency and non-agency mortgage guidelines. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
