Description

• Supervise a group of 2 or more individuals or managers within the Compliance + Security Operations group • Lead efforts for regulatory mock audits, gap analysis • Lead audit support efforts, as requested by client • Advise team on emerging risks • Ability to travel 20% to support client(s) and/or organizational needs • Provide technical support on regulatory requirements • Lead discussions on complex regulatory situations • Manage day-to-day compliance activities for our clients, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards • Define team direction • Develop, resource and manage large scope and long term projects, making resource, scope, and delivery tradeoffs as necessary • Review work products and progress to ensure success • Facilitate meetings with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Resolve issues within and across teams • Mentor team and lower level managers on job specific roles, communication, and collaboration • Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements • Develop compensation planning, career coaching, training, and administer company policies for the team • Working with other senior managers, drive cross-functional team improvement initiatives to optimize the business, and propose updates to division policies • Support implementation of strategic directions within the team

Requirements

• 2-4 years management experience • Expertise in Sr. Management • Proven documentation, presentation, and communication skills with working teams and senior level management, CEOs, boards of directors
