📋 Description
• This is a U.S. based position. All work must be conducted within the continental U.S. • The Proposal Manager is responsible for managing responses to RFP’s, RFI’s, RFQ’s, and SOW’s. • The Proposal Manager develops responses, facilitates proposal review processes, and tracks opportunities. • Must be passionate about process improvement, clear communication, and committed to proposal excellence and success.
🎯 Requirements
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 2 years of proposal coordination or management experience in the Federal sector • Proven experience supporting proposals within the Intelligence Community (IC) or other federal agencies • Familiarity with federal procurement regulations, including FAR and DFARS • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with proposal management tools, such as Salesforce, or Technomile • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with local and remote teams
