Description

• We are a leading b2b media company seeking an experienced and ambitious social media manager to join our team. • This position includes oversight of all social planning and execution for Ragan and PR Daily. • This includes online brand awareness, engagement, content creation, performance analysis, trend monitoring and collaboration with content and marketing. • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Create, curate, market and manage published content (images, video, written) across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook etc.). • Posting daily on all channels for Ragan and PR Daily, while monitoring all social media channels for trends, insights, and audience engagement. • Programmatic ad placement and analysis. • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall content and marketing goals. • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role of 2+ years • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in social media management tools like Canva, Sprout, etc. • Proficiency in creating, launching and running programmatic campaigns • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Problem-solving and critical thinking • Attention to detail and strong grammatical skills • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
