β€’ We are a leading b2b media company seeking an experienced and ambitious social media manager to join our team. β€’ This position includes oversight of all social planning and execution for Ragan and PR Daily. β€’ This includes online brand awareness, engagement, content creation, performance analysis, trend monitoring and collaboration with content and marketing. β€’ Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. β€’ Create, curate, market and manage published content (images, video, written) across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook etc.). β€’ Posting daily on all channels for Ragan and PR Daily, while monitoring all social media channels for trends, insights, and audience engagement. β€’ Programmatic ad placement and analysis. β€’ Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall content and marketing goals. β€’ Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role of 2+ years β€’ Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Proficiency in social media management tools like Canva, Sprout, etc. β€’ Proficiency in creating, launching and running programmatic campaigns β€’ Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously β€’ Problem-solving and critical thinking β€’ Attention to detail and strong grammatical skills β€’ Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances β€’ Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
