β’ RahrBSG is looking for a Sales Director to join our team. β’ The Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and leading and developing a high-performing sales team within their assigned territory. β’ This is a remote role, and the candidate must be based near Dallas, Houston, San Diego, San Francisco, Denver, or Seattle.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline. β’ 5+ years of experience in a commercial selling environment. β’ 2+ years of progressive experience leading teams. β’ Commercial beverage industry or B2B distribution experience preferred. β’ Advanced technical experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience preferred. β’ Approximately 30-50% of out-of-town travel required to customer locations, industry events, and internal meetings.
