• About Rain AI • At Rain AI, we’re creating a future with abundant and scalable artificial intelligence. We’re designing the most energy-efficient hardware for AI. We build accelerator solutions for AI inference and training using our novel compute-in-memory (CIM) technology, RISC-V processing cores, and a full stack of ML software and model optimization tools. By co-designing our chips with the world’s best AI models, we can dramatically reduce the energy consumption of AI compute compared to less specialized solutions. • Rain AI is currently a Series A stage startup and backed by world leaders in AI. Our seed round was led by Sam Altman (Open AI). In addition, our current VC partners include Y Combinator, Daniel Gross, Jaan Tallinn, Founders X Fund, Airbus Ventures, Grep VC, and Deepwater. • Rain AI is looking for a talented and driven Sourcer (contract) to join our recruiting team. While this is a contract role, there is a real possibility of converting to full-time. This is truly a unique opportunity to join a small team and help build the recruiting function alongside our Recruiting Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive top of funnel activity and build meaningful candidate relationships to support our team’s hiring goals. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of roles across multiple disciplines and drive all stages of the top end interview process. You’ll support our Recruiting Lead in building out our recruiting process and scaling the organization as we continue to grow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience identifying/engaging talent across both engineering and G&A talent; hardware and/or semiconductor sourcing experience is a plus • Comfortable with flexible working hours (20-40 hours per week) • Demonstrated success hiring top talent in a high-growth fast paced environment • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as proactive mindset and ability to operate with autonomy • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization • Experience coordinating in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume schedule load, supporting different departments on their hiring needs • Familiarity with Ashby (ATS) is a bonus
