Description

• This position is fully remote and may be performed from one of the following U.S. states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX. • As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Raintree, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through the effective use of our Salesforce platform and revenue tech stack. • Your expertise will drive the implementation and optimization of technical solutions, enable capture of actionable data to drive business decisions, and create connected processes across our business. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop creative solutions to help Raintree grow and scale. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business challenges, and translate these into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst, business operations, sales operations, or similar role in a high-growth environment, SaaS preferred. • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce administration and configuration, certification strongly preferred. • Working knowledge of sales, customer experience, and marketing processes and related data; • Familiarity with one or more of the following (or similar) tools: Outreach, Hubspot, Gainsight, RightAnswers, Chilipiper, Jira • Excellent verbal & written interpersonal communication skills • Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams • Change management experience a plus • Team Player: able to work in a highly collaborative environment; • Analytical: able to think critically about business problems, asks questions and listens to understand challenges and deliver optimal solutions. • Organization and Planning: plans, organizes and prioritizes projects in an efficient, productive manner, with limited supervision if necessary and maintains a high attention to detail; • Persistent: demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done; • Adaptable: adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions, anticipates and copes effectively with the complexity of change.
