Description

• This position is fully remote and may be performed from designated U.S. states. • The Director Product Marketing will work closely with the Product Development team to shape strategic direction and positioning of Raintree’s releases. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective GTM strategies that drive revenue for new product launches. • Requires a passion for excellence in commercialization with product knowledge, marketing expertise, and leadership skills. • Advocate for the customer, build relationships, drive consensus, and execute flawlessly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field • 8+ years of professional experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving product growth and revenue. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and compelling messaging. • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to take initiative, think strategically, and connect dots to drive results. • Ability to build, manage, and influence relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
