📋 Description
• RCX Sports is experiencing an explosive phase of growth, expanding its impact on youth sports across the country and into new international markets. • In this role you will ensure that the company builds the right products to drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain market leadership. • The Senior Director, Product is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. • This role involves managing the product lifecycle, prioritizing features, and ensuring that product decisions align with customer needs and business objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • MBA or Master’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong background in technology and product strategy (Preferred) • At least 9 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes. • Experience working with engineering teams to deliver scalable software solutions. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform-based products is a plus.
