• 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in a startup environment or fast-scaling organizations. • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and self-motivation to achieve hiring goals and grow professionally. • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings and has hands-on experience building teams from the ground up. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and excite high-performing candidates. • A problem-solver who embraces challenges, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and takes initiative to improve processes.
