This is a remote position. β€’ Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. β€’ Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences. β€’ Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. β€’ Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. β€’ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents. β€’ Conduct research and compile data on market trends, property values, and other relevant information. β€’ Coordinate and manage real estate transactions, including document preparation and closing coordination. β€’ Liaise with clients, agents, vendors, and other stakeholders. β€’ Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems. β€’ Assist with the planning and execution of company events and initiatives. β€’ Manage travel arrangements and prepare expense reports. β€’ Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed. β€’ Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations. β€’ Manage property listings and maintain accurate records.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate industry. β€’ Strong understanding of real estate terminology and practices. β€’ Exceptional organizational and time- management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β€’ High level of attention to detail and accuracy. β€’ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. β€’ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. β€’ Experience with real estate CRMs and listing platforms is a plus.
