• Analyze website analytics and heatmap data, and develop insights and recommendations • Developing website optimization strategies for clients • Configure and implement complex GA4/GTM accounts • Implement HIPAA-compliant analytics solutions, including Piwik Pro and server-side tagging • Produce Looker Studio dashboards for clients and internal project teams • Conduct SEO audits using Search Console and SEMRush, and develop insights and recommendations • Develop SEO strategies for newly launched websites • Provide analytics and SEO consult on active client accounts • Present analytics and optimization recommendations to clients and internal project teams • Implementation of user testing and CRO testing

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience • Deep knowledge of digital marketing practices and current trends in analytics, SEO, and website optimization strategies • Advanced expertise with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio • Experience with SEMRush or similar SEO monitoring tools • Ability to translate client goals into actionable strategies and implementation plans • Experience creating and giving presentations in a client-facing role • Experience collaborating with remote, cross-functional teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain the technical concepts to non technical people • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to demonstrate Reason One’s core values • Participation in our B Corp mandate/Social and Environmental impact
