• At RecargaPay, we are more than just an app. • Our mission is to be the best mobile payments and financial services experience for millions of Brazilians. • We are passionate about innovation and committed to creating solutions that simplify our users’ daily lives. • Throughout our Super App, the platform streamlines everyday payments for over 6 million consumers and SMEs by consolidating credit and debit cards, instant payments like Pix, and Open Finance. • Featuring services such as bill payments, mobile top-ups, public transportation, installment plans, and loans, designed with convenience, low cost and flexibility in mind. • RecargaPay is changing the way both banked and unbanked Brazilians make their everyday payments and access their financial services. • As a typical fintech, we have an entrepreneurial mindset and constant proximity to senior leadership, as well as a genuinely multicultural, dynamic, and flexible culture. • Your responsibilities are as follows: • Design, plan, coordinate, execute and monitor the internal audit plan of the Brazilian companies. • Report on compliance with BACEN's regulatory standards. • Evaluate compliance with the policies and procedures that govern the Company (SOX). • Prevent and mitigate risk levels and determine action plans and process improvements. • Operational Audits, preparation of reports for Management and the Board. • Review of processes required for new business models, risk detection. • Continuous Audit.

Requirements

• Bachelor from one of the Economic Sciences majors or XXXX. • Knowledge of SOX standards. • Proactive, eager to learn and with a lot of own initiative. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Previous experience in Internal Audit in similar functions. • Management of Audit Software / SAP. • Advanced Excel. • Advanced English.
