Description

• Own accounting operations for a growing Finance team • Ensure accounting and reporting procedures are accurate and timely • Assist with managing key accounting operations • Produce periodic financial reports and ensure compliance • Produce annual budget and forecasts; report significant budget differences • Work with external auditors for the annual audit • Stay updated with accounting policy changes • Collaborate on company-wide system and process implementation projects • Support preparation and filing of various tax returns • File quarterly and annual reports • Run month-end and year-end processes • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration • 4+ years of Big 4 public accounting experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficient in accounting software, ideally Netsuite and Airbase • Proficient in GSUITE, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar software • Excellent communication skills
