📋 Description

• Director of Commercialization Sales Operations for Cencora • Lead sales operations and enablement plan • Collaborate with sales leaders for go to market strategy • Utilize data for commercial enablement initiatives • Manage team for successful business goals • Oversee segment sales strategy • Develop sales playbooks and reference materials • Supports financial tracking for cross sold deals • Acts as a project manager for commercialization launches

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s Degree (MBA or MHA) preferred • Minimum of five (5) years related experience • Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare field preferred • Operations experience in pharmacy and/or supply chain preferred • Project management and/or certification preferred • High degree of technical knowledge in sales operations and management • Extensive experience in go to market strategy • Working knowledge of drug distribution business
