Description

β€’ Join our team as a Inside Sales Representative and take charge of managing an inside sales territory with a focus on existing and new customers. β€’ Utilize your consultative selling skills to understand customer needs, work with inbound leads, and exceed revenue targets for your territory. β€’ Engage with customers through various channels like telephone, Skype, and email to drive business growth and success with Cencora! β€’ Develop productive business relationships with existing customers in their territory, and establish relationships with new customers. β€’ Penetrate existing customer accounts by qualifying business needs, understanding business requirements, and executing cross divisional sales activity within the given account. β€’ Successfully prepare for customer interactions, schedule a defined number of customer calls, and create a defined number of sales opportunities. β€’ Participate in required sales training that will allow the World Courier sales force to continually maintain a consultative sales approach with all customers. β€’ Actively seek additional training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements

β€’ Requires a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated and successful sales experience including territory prospecting, individual customer needs analysis, tailored proposal development and successful presentation, and contract signature. β€’ Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. β€’ Excellent and persuasive consultative selling skills. β€’ Ability to rapidly build trust and credibility with prospective customers. β€’ Excellent new customer sales pipeline management skills. β€’ Excellent understanding of specific business segment; industry and competitive knowledge. β€’ Strong acquisition and leadership skills. β€’ Excellent customer probing skills. β€’ Able to build internal collaboration with subject matter experts and others as necessary. β€’ Able to build customer relationships and trust quickly to challenge customer mindsets; comfortable closing sales. β€’ Strong analytical skills; quick thinker. β€’ Highly competitive and goal oriented. β€’ Good understanding of value and profit principles. β€’ Strong creativity skills; focused and disciplined. β€’ Thorough understanding of Cencora Solutions and which would apply best to their individual customer's needs. β€’ Strong presentation skills; up-to-date knowledge of presentation software and equipment. β€’ Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. β€’ Meticulous follow-up skills; assertive in promoting ABC solutions to prospective customers. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills.
