Description

β€’ Under general supervision, manages reimbursement activities, claim submissions, and patient assistance programs. β€’ Engages with customers including patients, providers, and field reimbursement teams. β€’ Provides exceptional customer service, resolves requests, and escalates complaints. β€’ Analyzes reimbursement trends and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. β€’ Maintains confidentiality of patient-sensitive information and provides training to associates.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or GED required. β€’ Requires broad training in business administration, accounting, computer sciences, medical billing and coding, or customer service. β€’ Five years (5+) of directly related and progressively responsible experience required. β€’ A two-year degree can be used in lieu of 2 years experience; a four-year degree in lieu of 4 years experience.
