Description

• Responsible for managing sales and account management process. • Lead opportunity identification, qualification, and contract negotiation. • Develops client relationships within assigned book of accounts. • Communicates client needs and expectations throughout the organization. • Provides consultative guidance for client meetings.

Requirements

• B.S required, M.B.A. or advanced degree preferred. • Professional healthcare sales experience analytics/market research data background within the pharmaceutical industry. • Data-driven sales background including the use of analytics and/or market research data. • Minimum 7 to 10 years related and progressively responsible sales experience within the healthcare / pharma industry. • Oncology industry and market level experience preferred. • Thorough knowledge of corporate pharmaceutical oncology marketplace. • Understanding of the function areas within biopharmaceutical companies and payers. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills. • Ability to direct activities of others and problem-solve creatively. • Willingness to travel domestically.
