Description

• Serves as a liaison between Human Resources & HR Technology • Defines Workday technology strategy for HR domains • Responsible for overall HR technology roadmap • Manages a team of HRIS specialists and engineers • Collaborates with internal and external management • Oversees system administration and enhancements • Manages testing, deployment, and auditing of team member data

Requirements

• Deep understanding in human resources, computer science, information technology, or similar fields • Twelve (12) years of related experience • Experience with Workday and HRIS systems • MBA or master’s degree preferred • Strong leadership skills • Ability to manage remote and global team members • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Prior experience in HR Technology
