📋 Description

• Redapt Inc. is a pioneering world-class data center infrastructure integrator, technology engineering firm, and cloud services provider. • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager with a strong background in supply chain management systems. • Lead and manage the migration from SAP to Oracle Fusion SCM. • Ensure that the migration aligns with the business objectives, is executed efficiently, and delivers a seamless transition while maximizing the capabilities of Oracle Fusion SCM. • Responsibilities include migration strategy and planning, technical leadership, product lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, and post-go-live support and optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus. • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably in SCM or ERP systems. • Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP migration projects (SAP to Oracle Fusion or similar). • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules with deep expertise in Order to Cash (O2C), Period to Date (P2D), and Source to Pay (S2P) processes. • Experience in working with cross-functional teams (IT, business, finance, procurement, and logistics) to define and execute migration strategies. • Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field. (Preferred) • Experience with cloud-based ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud. (Preferred) • Hands-on experience with Order to Cash (O2C), Period to Date (P2D), and Source to Pay (S2P) modules within an enterprise context. (Preferred) • Experience with integrations between Oracle Fusion SCM and other enterprise systems (e.g., Finance, HR). (Preferred)
