Description

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and management of Reddit’s enterprise-wide business systems and applications. • Optimize operational efficiency, elevate user experiences, and catalyze scalable systems and services across Reddit. • Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Applications strategy, ensuring alignment with Reddit's broader goals. • Cultivate a data-driven culture within the Enterprise Applications team by refining and expanding our use of key performance indicators (KPIs). • Responsible for the high-level design and implementation of integrations across the application ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10 years of Enterprise Applications experience • 7+ years leading and managing internal Business Applications teams/orgs of at least 30 people • Excellent change management skills • Experienced with SaaS solutions, cloud architecture, and Enterprise Business Platforms (Netsuite, Workday, Salesforce, Zendesk) • Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools like Workato, Mulesoft • Ability to lead global applications organizations, manage vendor relationships, build and maintain budgets, and ensure compliance across various audit surfaces • Strong project/program management skills
