Description

• Reddit is a community of communities focused on open conversations. • Seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for consumer products. • Drive strategy and execution to engage users within the Reddit community. • Shape the go-to-market strategy and ensure effective product value communication.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, product management, or strategy/consultant roles. • 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management in community-focused products. • Deep understanding of Reddit’s ecosystem, including its community structure, conversation-focus, and moderator roles. (Avid redditor a strong plus) • Strong storytelling skills, translating technical features into cohesive community narratives and marketing assets. • Proven ability to manage complex projects, cross-functional teams, and deliver in fast-paced environments. • Strong analytical and research skills to prioritize personas and inform targeted marketing strategies. • Exceptional written communication, organizational, and project management skills. • Clearly articulate product vision and strategies to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. • Passionate about Reddit’s mission and dedicated to enhancing the community experience across the platform.
