📋 Description
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide escalations with Red Hat and customer teams • Provide hands-on technical and architectural guidance for Red Hat infrastructure and OpenShift • Cultivate customer relationships and act as point of contact for incidents • Manage customer expectations and communication during technical incidents • Help drive strategic technical direction with customers
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field • 5 years of experience in job offered or related role or 7 years of experience in job offered or related role • 5 years of experience with Linux system administration and technical troubleshooting • 3 years of experience with Kubernetes administration • 2 years of experience with Openshift administration and presenting technical training to live audiences
