• Working with Advisory team to solve complex organizational business challenges • Work closely with senior internal and client team members to execute business objectives • Engage in project planning and management, process optimization, and training development • Contribute to marketing, thought leadership, and other initiatives • Ensure client deliverables meet expectations and represent Red Nucleus in addressing business requirements
Requirements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills essential to working with interdisciplinary teams • Interest in the life sciences industry (both business process and software development) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Solid time management skills • Demonstrated ability to work in team environment • Working in a global environment with an understanding of cultural differences and work practices • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio • Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement) • Preferred: Broad awareness and understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries • Experience in process and user story development is a plus
