Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure, collaboration, and cloud solution projects. • Serve as the primary point of contact for project status reporting to multiple levels of stakeholders. • Implement industry-standard project management best practices, processes, and methodologies. • Act as the project advocate to remove roadblocks and ensure timely delivery, high quality, and client satisfaction. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, sales, and clients. • Proactively identify and address project risks and issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resource allocation and project activities. • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and status reports to stakeholders. • Contribute to PMO initiatives by suggesting process improvements and sharing lessons learned.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated full-time experience in project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure or cloud projects. • At least three (3) years of project management experience in a lead project manager role. • Demonstrated experience as a lead deploying a minimum of three (3) complex IT infrastructure projects, including networking, collaboration, or cloud solutions. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred. • ITIL and Six Sigma certifications are a plus. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
