Description

• Deliver highly converting and engaging commerce solutions (B2C, D2C, B2B) to customers • Produce excellent code while collaborating with internal development resources at the client • Partner with other Red Vanners for QA, Project Management, and troubleshooting development issues • Participate in stand-up meetings, conference calls, track your time, and work through tickets assigned to you within a Jira instance • Work remotely with the distributed team at Red Van as well as client resources, being available during core business hours • Act with urgency and professionalism when interfacing with client resources

Requirements

• Have multiple (6+) years of experience developing software and technical implementations of customer projects in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, so many that you still call it Demandware and SFRA • Have significant experience architecting and shipping well-performing, cross-browser, responsive, customer-facing, Salesforce Commerce Cloud sites (with or without frameworks, such as React, Angular, or Ember.js) • Experienced with object-oriented languages and concepts, including development work using .NET or other similar languages • Solid experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Compass/Bourbon, SASS, Zurb Foundation, Bootstrap, Less, JQuery • Have significant experience working as part of a small, focused team as the primary technical expert and advocate • Appreciate web standards and accessibility (e.g. WCAG Standards, screen reader support, semantic HTML) • Have significant experience working with designers to create and maintain style guides & CSS standards across different applications • Are excited to play a critical and evolving role in helping drive technical initiatives to enhance end-user and developer experiences • Possess analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills as well as creativity and attention to detail; familiarity with database management, development environment, program testing, and other related software • Ability to lead, collaborate and write code building website frameworks alongside other developers, through challenging long-term projects as the software architect
