Description

• The Director of Growth is responsible for organic growth and driving new business opportunities. • Foster physician relationships within assigned Regent Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). • Support impactful ASC growth by attracting new physicians and retaining existing ones. • Implement key service lines in partnership with facility leadership and the VP Operations team. • Develop long-term business relationships aligned with Regent’s mission to redefine surgical care. • Lead strategic planning and execution of growth strategies. • Identify healthcare market trends and revenue opportunities. • Conduct monthly strategic growth calls for assigned facilities. • Attend facility partnership and board meetings to drive growth discussions. • Contribute to the annual budget process by providing growth objectives. • Achieve or exceed growth target goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, marketing or communications. • 5+ years prior healthcare sales experience and/or demonstrated achievement of growth goals. • Strong, adaptable presence to build credibility and relationships. • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments (Development, Supply Chain, Clinical, Finance, etc.). • Creativity, optimism, and persistence in finding solutions and removing barriers. • Openness to honest feedback and commitment to self-improvement. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage administrative tasks. • Inspire confidence in leadership and physicians through effective communication and strategic alignment. • Ability to lead projects to completion through accountability and clear communication. • Willingness to go above and beyond in supporting internal stakeholders, facility leadership, and VPOs.
