Description

• Wpromote is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Growth to join our Agency Sales team. • This role requires strong sales leadership, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to accelerate growth. • Own the full sales cycle, targeting mid-market and large-growth brands. • Collaborate with senior leaders, partners, and internal teams to identify strategic opportunities. • Deliver tailored digital marketing solutions that resonate with client needs. • Ensure alignment and buy-in for major opportunities with Wpromote's Executive Leadership team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales, ideally within a Marketing Agency, SaaS, or B2B solutions, with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and their impact on business growth. • A robust professional network and established relationships with key industry players. • The ability to lead the development of pitch strategies with minimal oversight. • Consultative selling expertise—prioritize understanding client needs. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to quarterback multiple stakeholders. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. • Strong strategic planning and creative problem-solving skills. • The ability to influence effectively with prospective clients or internal teams. • High energy and a strong work ethic, coupled with a positive attitude. • Creative confidence—think outside the box and build the right teams and solutions. • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
