Description
• Identifies and pursues new leads, prospects, or clients • Conducts meetings with potential clients to discuss products or services • Cultivates relationships with existing clients to understand their needs • Communicates information regarding company products and services • Negotiates terms and agreements to finalize sales • Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of company product information • Stays updated on industry trends and market conditions • Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete and accurate • Meets monthly quota goals on a consistent basis • Maintains understanding of all product offerings • Provides timely and accurate sales reporting as required • Attends business/trade events as requested by management • Attends company sales meetings
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preference) • One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related outside sales experience (preference) • Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools
