Description

• Recruit, motivate, and manage a team of SaaS Account Executives to meet and exceed performance and recurring software retention goals • Coach SaaS executives on modern outbound sales best practices and execution • Develop and foster a high functioning performance-driven culture • Manage Cosmetri global renewals/account management • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure performance against targets • Create and maintain your own book of business • Work closely with Marketing team to generate leads via marketing campaigns

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading a remote team conducting outbound/cold calling, demos, and prospecting campaigns with a SaaS product • Exceptional listening abilities are imperative • Exceptional communication skills including executive level presentations, demonstrations, and written communication • Ability to quickly build credibility with an executive-level audience • Experience managing international AEs a major plus but not required • Experience in SaaS sales to Cosmetics, ERP, and/or software that enables digital transformation
