Description

• Intimately involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR systems • Act as a Workday expert leading large and small initiatives • Respond to complex HRIS problems and situations • Manage full-cycle projects including building project plans • Lead HRIS component for annual HR programs • Write and maintain library of HR reports • Keep current on HR system trends

Requirements

• 4+ years of Workday experience, including knowledge of 2+ Workday modules • 2+ years of project management experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Experience in a fast-paced technology company or global enterprise • Strong understanding of HRIS database designs, structures, and functions
