Description

• Find leads and close sales deals with new prospects and existing ones • Take a thoughtful approach to target companies and position benefits of Remofirst • Present demos and take a consultative approach to benefits • Close accounts at a high velocity • Track and report on progress leveraging company's CRM • Be a team player, provide feedback to improve sales process, including sales tech stack

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in selling tech solutions to decision-makers • Experience selling HR or FinTech software will be a strong plus. Previous EOR experience is an even bigger plus. • Consultative selling experience • Strong Prospecting, Discovery, and Objection handling skills, as well as an ability to absorb and learn • Status as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues, willing to go above and beyond to create value and do things well
