Description

β€’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities (while working in tandem with SDRs) and focus on target markets and industries. β€’ Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. β€’ Lead negotiations and close deals effectively to meet sales targets. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions to clients. β€’ Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

β€’ At least 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience in enterprise SaaS β€’ Demonstrated expertise in startup sales within the enterprise infrastructure space for large banks and collections agencies (preferred). β€’ Knowledge of the debt industry or a strong ability to build personal connections and close deals (preferred). β€’ Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in closing deals and selling core infrastructure solutions to financial institutions. β€’ Ability to be a good and patient thought-partner that can gather product requirements and use cases from existing and potential FI partners. β€’ Ability to partner with the product team (PMs and Design) to put together new demos and new features in a fast pace environment. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work effectively within a small team.
