Description

• Develop and drive VC partnership strategy and execution, with the expected outcome of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. • Develop the strategy and execution for engaging and activating VC partners to achieve high levels of engagement and portfolio penetration. • Help drive and execute the event and paid sponsorships strategy for the VC channel, with the expected outcome of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth including the execution of high-value events, programming, and engagements at scale. • Market research to identify, evaluate, and onboard new VC or accelerator partners including paid partnerships into the Remote VC partner ecosystem. • Continuously look for ways to deploy regional events or scaled programming with VC partners to increase lead generation and sales pipeline for the GTM org and partner closely with cross-functional teams (Partnerships, Partner Marketing, Events, Regional Marketing, and Sales) on execution. • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to ideate, launch, and optimize co-marketing and promotion opportunities (webinars, events, content sharing). • Create strong relationships with partners and the sales team to drive more partner-sourced and influenced revenue and expand VC strategic sales initiatives (e.g. Private Equity) • Secure new and innovative distribution models and co-marketing initiatives with paid partners that drive revenue and business upside for the VC channel, driving mutual customer and partner success through innovative programming and event strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth / partnerships / business development in the VC, HR, fintech, or software/technology industry, and proven experience leading a partner GTM strategy • Willingness to roll up sleeves and partner cross-functionally to get new programming off the ground • Strong leadership, intellectual curiosity, analytical, sales and partnering skills • Proven ability to manage programs at scale, negotiate contracts, generate pipeline and execute on co-marketing initiatives • Superior verbal, written and presentation skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations • Experience in B2B SaaS technology marketing • Prior experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot
