• 2+ years of proven experience in cold calling and e-mailing leads • Strong knowledge of the EU & US market and business landscape • Native English speaker • Experience in HR tech / SaaS industry is a plus • Mastery of inbound sales, including managing high volumes of inbound meetings and running strong discovery calls • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools. • Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
