• We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our global team of Account Executives (AEs). • This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and expanding our footprint across MENA/GCC and other global markets. • This is a remote role but candidates must be located a geography compatible with the UAE time zone (GST +/-3).
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial sales role, leading geographically distributed teams. • Proven track record in B2B tech SaaS sales, particularly for Series A-C companies. • Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market and enterprise companies in MENA/GCC. • Familiarity with global sales, with a strong focus on markets like the MENA, US, Europe, and the UK. • Background in HRTech or workforce management solutions is a strong advantage. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills. • Data-driven and highly organized, with a strategic mindset.
