Description

• Connect high-caliber candidates with diverse opportunities in industries ranging from tech to finance. • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to collaborating closely with clients, ensuring the best matches for long-term success. • Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand their unique hiring needs. • Deliver strategic, consultative recruitment services that align with their business goals. • Actively source, screen, and qualify top candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and our CRM. • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure an excellent match with client requirements. • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates. • Work with our dedicated sales support team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Keep accurate records in our CRM (monday.com) to track interactions with candidates and clients. • Regularly report on key metrics to drive efficiency and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, ideally with a background in high-volume or fast-paced environments. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to foster trust-based relationships with clients and candidates. • Proficient in CRM tools and cloud-based systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams, monday.com) to track recruitment stages and support seamless remote collaboration. • Stable office setup with reliable WiFi, power backup, and a proactive approach to managing potential infrastructure challenges.
