📋 Description
• Source, screen, and shortlist high-calibre candidates for shore-based maritime roles. • Conduct structured recruitment processes, including initial screening, competency checks, and shortlist presentations. • Oversee offline skills trials to evaluate candidates’ response time, attention to detail, and technical knowledge. • Coordinate and manage final-stage interviews with hiring managers. • Ensure all candidates presented have 3-5 years of international experience to ensure smooth adaptation. • Maintain a 75% focus on delivery while contributing 25% towards business development (BD) efforts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in recruitment within asset-based industries (e.g., maritime, logistics, engineering). • 3-5 years of international recruitment experience is required. • Strong understanding of the maritime industry and shore-based technical roles. • Excellent ability to source, assess, and place top-tier talent. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with structured hiring processes. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.
