Talent Delivery Specialist (French Speaker) • Salary: up to £450,000RAND basic, plus 10% bonus • Location: This role is fully remote; however, we require someone based in South Africa, ideally Johannesburg due to the wider team set-up. • About Instant Impact: Instant Impact is a leading global RPO provider for SMEs. We provide a full suite of talent solutions including Full RPO, Partial RPO, Project RPO, and Talent Consulting. • What does it mean to be a Talent Delivery Specialist? We operate in 35 countries across multiple sectors and have a rapidly growing client base in Europe. To support this expansion, we are seeking a French-speaking Talent Sourcer who will have the opportunity to work across various industries with a creative approach. You will work at pace and precision to support the embedded teams to deliver within agreed hiring SLAs for their clients. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Instant Impact's desire to deliver to the best candidates, quickly.
