Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume, fast-paced environments. • Ability to manage multiple roles and tight deadlines, without compromising on quality. • Proven problem-solving skills to creatively address client needs and fill challenging roles. • Experience working with international clients and understanding global market dynamics. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with both candidates and clients. • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and stay organized while managing competing priorities. • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
