📋 Description
• We are looking for a Bookkeeper (QBO Expert) who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records. • Processing transactions and generating financial reports using QuickBooks Online. • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in bookkeeping best practices. • Record and post journal entries accurately and timely. • Investigate and resolve issues within QuickBooks Online (QBO). • Generate and run custom expense reports using the General Ledger. • Reclassify entries and adjust accounts as necessary.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, or similar role. • Expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required. • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, financial statements, and reconciliations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
