β’ We are looking for a Bookkeeper (QBO Expert) who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records. β’ Processing transactions and generating financial reports using QuickBooks Online. β’ The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in bookkeeping best practices. β’ Record and post journal entries accurately and timely. β’ Investigate and resolve issues within QuickBooks Online (QBO). β’ Generate and run custom expense reports using the General Ledger. β’ Reclassify entries and adjust accounts as necessary.
β’ Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, or similar role. β’ Expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required. β’ Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, financial statements, and reconciliations. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. β’ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. β’ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
