β€’ Job Title: Executive Assistant with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Experience β€’ Remote VA PH is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with experience in QuickBooks and MS Excel to support our executive team. β€’ This role involves administrative support, financial tasks, and data management to help keep daily operations running smoothly. β€’ Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (FULL-TIME/NIGHTSHIFT PHT) β€’ Responsibilities: β€’ Administrative Support: β€’ Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements. β€’ Draft and send emails, reports, and other documents. β€’ Keep records and files organized. β€’ QuickBooks Tasks: β€’ Handle invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping. β€’ Generate financial reports as needed. β€’ MS Excel Tasks: β€’ Create and update spreadsheets for data tracking. β€’ Prepare simple reports and analyze data. β€’ Communication and Coordination: β€’ Act as a point of contact between the executive and others. β€’ Ensure tasks and projects stay on track by coordinating with different teams.

Requirements

β€’ Experience as an Executive or Personal assistant or in a similar role. β€’ Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (e.g., formulas and basic data analysis). β€’ Strong organizational and communication skills. β€’ Honest and proactive.
