📋 Description

•We are looking for a Monday.com Developer/Manager to join our team and optimize our project management processes. •This role requires expertise in refining workflows, integrating subcontractor collaboration systems, and creating user-friendly dashboards. •The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. •Optimize and Enhance Workflows: •Refine current workflows using tools like Lucidchart (or similar software). •Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions. •Comprehensive Workflow Management: •Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle. •Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes. •Facilitate Cross-Party Communication: •Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties. •Subcontractor Collaboration System: •Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms. •Dashboard Development: •Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information. •Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users. •Team Onboarding and Training: •Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption. •Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration: •Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization. •Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes.

🎯 Requirements

•Proven experience in workflow optimization and Monday.com development. •Familiarity with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools. •Strong project management and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and training abilities. •Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems.
