We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telemarketers/Cold Callers to join our real estate team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and identifying opportunities for real estate sales or investment. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in real estate or sales, we’d love to hear from you! Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate real estate leads. Engage with property owners, buyers, or investors to understand their needs and interest. Follow call scripts to introduce properties, services, and opportunities. Schedule appointments for the real estate agents or sales team. Update and maintain an organized database of leads, call outcomes, and client interactions. Conduct follow-up calls and nurture leads to convert prospects into opportunities. Handle objections professionally and provide relevant information to address client concerns. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion goals.
Requirements
Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales Real estate experience Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills. Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls and maintain a positive demeanor. Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, and call documentation. Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills. A self-starter with a target-driven and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team. Real estate market knowledge or experience in lead generation for real estate. Ability to identify and qualify leads for residential or commercial properties. Multitasking skills and ability to handle client objections calmly and professionally.
