• Lead conversion and growth initiatives. • Oversee lead journey processes efficiently. • Plan and execute nurture programs. • Measure campaign performance and develop touchpoints. • Conduct experiments, optimize user funnels, and enhance lead conversation process. • Report on lead conversions and nurture programs effectiveness.

Requirements

• High energy, motivation, and a hunter mentality • Proven experience in digital marketing and digital tools • Previous experience in building reports (Salesforce, Pardot) • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels • Hands-on Marketing Automation experience building lists and runnings email drip campaigns (Pardot preferred) • Tech Savvy and ability to use tech automation effectively • Preferred Financial, Healthcare, and AI service experience
