• About us: SKUTOPIA is a fast-growing Australian Technology Driven third party logistics Company (3PL). • We’re building innovative ecosystems that power the booming e-commerce industry. • About The Role: dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growth marketing team. • Responsible for driving various marketing initiatives that support SKUTOPIA’s brand presence, lead generation, and customer engagement efforts. • Excellent opportunities for growth and development within a fast-paced, dynamic marketing team. • Instrumental in integrating digital and traditional marketing strategies to drive overall brand success. • Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, search ads, and display ads, owned & earned media. • Plan and execute traditional marketing efforts, such as print ads, events, outdoor advertising, and radio. • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales strategies. • Build and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns across digital and traditional channels. • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, focusing on increasing engagement and brand visibility. • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to refine marketing strategies. • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights to optimize future efforts. • Support managing marketing budgets for both digital and traditional channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. • Support the creation of marketing creative assets for campaigns, working with designers, team and individually producing assets in line with the brand guidelines. • Support event marketing initiatives, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in both digital and traditional marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in both digital and traditional marketing roles • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms) • Experience in traditional marketing methods (e.g., print, events, radio) • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analyzing marketing KPIs. • Excellent communication and project management skills • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with experience creating content for different digital channels. • Bonus Skills: Experience working in an in-house marketing team or within a marketing agency.
